This study aims to determine the quality of the Think Pair Share Model learning device which is applied online to improve learning outcomes of the concept of vibration. Research is included in development research using three main stages, introduction, development and application. Research results for the stages obtained information that teaching in schools is done online; students and teachers experience various obstacles in online learning. The development stages are carried out through the preparation of learning tools consisting of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Student Activity Sheets (LKPD), Vibration Concept Teaching Materials and Vibration Concept Learning Outcomes Tests. The results of the preparation of the device were followed by construct validation of the learning tools. The validation results show that the Learning Implementation Plans, Student Activity Sheets, Teaching Materials and Learning Outcome Tests of vibration concepts are included in the valid category with a value above 80%. The implementation stage is limited to testing in one class in junior high school (SMP) in Gorontalo. The results of a limited trial of think pair share learning tools that are applied online effectively improve learning outcomes of vibration concepts with an Effect Size value of 1, including the Strong effect category. © 2023 Author(s).
