We wanted to find out how English-foreign language learners (EFoLLe) utilize OILL apps, a prominent social networking site for language learning, and how they feel about it as a MALL tool. Roxetta Stone, Duolingo, and Daily Learn English were also studied to see whether any specific EFoLLe profiles emerged when it came to using them for self-paced and unstructured language acquisition. Hence, the current study aims to examine students' behavior engagement towards and their usage of OILL when they are learning English as a foreign language in class. A questionnaire was designed and distributed online among first-year university students at science and computer faculty in Indonesia. In this study, an online comprehensive survey collected quantitative and qualitative data at the same time. This study included 130 OILL Apps users who were also English foreign language learners. According to the study's findings, EFoLLe overall language skills as well as their vocabulary, collaboration skill, Critical thinking skill, and communication/speaking skill improved significantly after integrating OILL apps, according to the study's findings. Roxetta Stone, Duolingo, and Daily Learn English were found to be effective tools for formal situations. Results revealed that EFoLLe behavior engagement towards using OILL apps has a positive impact. OILL apps and social networking platforms can both be employed as effective mobile language learning tools in the formal class, according to this research. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
