Bone Bolango Regency is one of the main food producers, especially rice and corn in Gorontalo Province. To meet the food needs of this area, good distribution is needed from the producer level to the consumer level, which is called the supply chain factors that affect supply chain efficiency. The objectives of the study are to analyze the efficiency of the food supply chain in Bone Bolango, and to find out the factors that influence the efficiency of the food supply chain affecting supply chain efficiency. The study was conducted in Bone Bolango Regency from May to July 2021. Data analysis used marketing efficiency analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are the food supply chain in Bone Bolango Regency is quite efficient, especially lowland rice because all marketing channels have a fairly low marketing efficiency value and a fairly high farmer's share. While the corn marketing channel only has one marketing channel that has a low efficiency value and a fairly high farmer's share value. Secondly, the factors that affect supply chain efficiency are costs. marketing margin, selling price at consumer level and farmer's share. © 2024 American Institute of Physics Inc..
